The Small Intestine Meridian or Hand Taiyang The small intestine originates from the heart meridian. There are 19 points on each side of this meridian. It starts at the corner below the nail of the small finger at the Shaoze, Si 1, ascends the outer aspect of the hand along the little finger to the elbow, shoulder, neck and ends infront of the ear at the Tinggong, Si 19. This meridian connects with the urinary bladder meridian.
