| Qi Gong Courses 09 Jan 2007 Medical Qigong 医学气功静坐 In accordance to TCM theory, Qigong is a form of healing art which increases vital Qi, thereby regulating the body’s immune system so as to promote parent force (or also known as congenital Qi) to improve general heath and overcome chronic illness. Regular practising will increase physical and mental relaxation while raising alertness and decrease anxiety.
